“We don’t see things as they are, we see them as we are.”
What I do is different. I was never likely to follow a mainstream path. I’ve always looked at life with a curious mind. From my earliest days I’ve been fascinated by people; how they move;how they behave; most particularly how much they reveal about themselves without speaking. When working as a therapist I learned that even highly successful people often struggle with huge areas of self doubt. My purpose and intention is to help my clients clearly identify their strengths and the best ways to utilise them; to release the past and create a bright and exhilarating future; and to present and communicate from a place of authenticity, relaxed confidence and clarity.
I’ve had the ability to read people through observing their body language and energy patterns since I was a small child. Discovering Mien Shiang – the ancient Chinese traditional skill of face reading – was like coming home. Finally I had found a system that enabled me to put a structure on my observations. For over 30 years I have taught it to thousands of business and healthcare professionals and others in both Ireland, the U.K. and Germany.
In recent years I have added skills used by former F.B.I trainers in a variety of fields to develop an even more potent set of tools.
Now I assist both individuals and teams – and individuals within teams – to communicate with understanding. I specialize in providing precise, detailed and accurate analysis of the wealth of information about behavioural and personality traits, communication styles and stress patterns revealed in facial features and expressions, and body language.
I also work with both groups and individuals in the field of personal transformation to identify core strengths and values and enable inner alignment of the 3 brains – head, heart and gut – to ensure congruent and consistent behaviour leading to exceptional relationships in all areas of life.
For at least the last 3,000 years the Chinese have practiced the art of Mien Shiang or ‘Face Reading’. They understood that a person’s character, personality, behaviour style, health patterns and much more was visible in the facial features. The face shape, alignment, positioning and size of the facial features outlined their potential strengths and weaknesses; the lines, marks, colours and changes to shape and size which occurred through life reflected how that personality etc has developed. Political appointments and success in business were frequently determined by what ones features were seen to communicate.
Unfortunately we frequently seek to convince others through our reasoning, and in so doing we are likely to miss, quite literally a wealth of opportunity. We neglect to see others as they are, and as they need to receive communication. Care to change that and start creating exceptional relationships?
